On Sunday 26 April Annie is doing a Duo 2.6 Challenge to Save the UK’s Charities.
I will be doing 26 minutes of Yoga Free Flow and a 2.6 mile walk round my garden..., sorry not 26 miles this time!
The event is to commemorate the postponement of this year's London Marathon.
As a previous runner of the London Marathon in 2015 I felt it was fitting to become part of this challenge, which represents the 26 mile marathon event.
My chosen charity is of course Bloodwise UK in memory of Tom, who died from AML (acute myeloid leukeamia in 2014). I would be so delighted if you could sponsor me and help push my current fund raising funds up to £20,000.
Don’t worry about how small your donation might be. We are currently living in extraordinary difficult times and I realise that finances are not so easily available. But even £1 is better than nothing..., every little will help to beat blood cancer.
If you would like to donate here’s the link to my Just Giving page.
HAVE SOME FUN AND JOIN MY YOGA FREE FLOW
I will be flowing through 26 minutes of gentle Yin and active Yang yoga poses to strengthen and restore your body and mind. The practice will be suitable for beginners and those who are already well aquainted yogis. I'm happy to teach all abilities, so we can have some fun with the poses.
Meet Me at 9.30am on Sunday 26 April in the garden.
If you would like to watch the event or join me in a yoga flow donation class
