About Mindful Meditation

Learning to meditate is fantastic for reducing stress, anxiety and depression and is shown to be more effective than anti-depressants.

Just twenty minutes a day can help to reduce blood pressure and the risk of heart disease, overcome anxiety, fears and lifestyle stress. A daily practice will help to improve focus, boost energy levels and mental clarity.

Mindfulness is about wellness. It’s about really learning to live in the moment and appreciating your life to the full. Meditation is about taking a break from the noise in your head and from the constant chatter in your mind.  Regular practice allows you to reconnect with your mind, body and breath to become one whole healthy being.

Meditation Coaching Course

​

This is a meditation course of six weekly classes, that gives you all the tools you need to bring peace and calm into your everyday life. The aim is to find the best way for you to feel comfortable to practice on your own.

 

Developing a regular practice is key to mastering your own inner stillness. With repetition and consolidation of techniques that suit your purpose, you will gradually establish a more balanced approach to your daily life, leaving you feeling less stressed and more in control of your mind and thoughts.

Through a guided practice you investigate different meditation methods that show you how to relax, switch off, and connect with your breath in order to rest in quiet and find peace within.

​

The meditation course sessions include yoga pranayama breath work, seated gentle exercises, guided visualisations,  mantras, relaxation techniques, yoga nidra and guidance on how to journal your thoughts.

​
